Q: Can you match a specific colour? What do you need from me?
A: We have our own dedicated colour card section on our website. If you need specific custom colouring, then you must provide Pantone TCX code, physical swatch, tolerance %. Getting a physical swatch piece is more preferable for close colour matching.
Q: Will a repeat order match my first one exactly?
A: Yes, as our fabrics go through yarn dyeing and fabric finishing, hence we maintain consistency in back to back orders.
Q: What are the width, GSM, and exact composition of each fabric — and where is that listed?
A: You can find all the fabric details like width, GSM and exact composition on the individual product link itself, along with HD pictures and uses/application.
Q: How much will a fabric shrink, and is it pre-treated?
A: Our fabrics are RFD (Ready for Dyeing) — pre-treated to ensure maximum colour absorption and vibrant colour payoff for printing. Please note that shrinkage varies depending on the fabric type and the specific dyeing or printing method used.
Q: Is the sample cost adjusted against my bulk order, and can I get a full swatch card?
A: You can order category-wise swatch book from our website, you can place an order from here . Sampling is charged completely and separately from bulk orders.
Q: Can you provide a lab test report?
A: On request, we can provide a lab test report for our fabrics prior to dispatch only. These reports are generated at MANTRA or similar ministry-approved textile laboratories in Surat, Gujarat, India and the associated testing costs are to be borne by the client. Please note that we are not responsible for any lab reports or quality certifications issued after the fabric has been shipped from our facility.
Q: Can you reserve or hold stock while I finalise my design? Whether you’ll block yardage, for how long, and against what deposit?
A: We do not hold stock unless there is a firm order from the client. Our stock goes as per first come first serve basis.
Q: How do I pay for the order?
A: We use the most convenient payment methods. The payment is done directly from Razorpay to our bank account. For bulk orders, we provide bank account details for an online transfer. Payment method and payment terms are on per order basis. Please contact us for more information on payment methods and options. We will look into your request and try our best to offer the most convenient payment method available for you, both of Indian or international transactions.
Q: How much do I pay for delivery?
A: Shipping costs depends on the weight of the fabrics along with packaging. The shipping is calculated as per individual zip-code of delivery place on our checkout page. For bulk orders, delivery is calculated and will be set once the order is prepared for shipment, accepted and safely packed by the delivery partners. Q: Are there any additional charges/hidden costs?
A: No, there are no hidden costs from our end. Every cost is shown upfront to the client before an informed purchase is made. Most countries charge additional import taxes, duties and fees. They are not included into our shipping costs and are paid by the customer. We recommend that you check for regulations, customs fees and duties applicable in your country before placing an order.
Q: How soon will I get my order?

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: No, we do not take order cancellations after order placement. As once the fabric is cut, it cannot be re-used or resold. You can refer to our cancellation and refund policy from our website.
Q: Does the color of the fabric I see on my screen correspond to the actual color?
A: Before uploading to the website, we test our photos on several custom calibrated monitors to minimize color mismatch. However, colors may vary depending upon your monitor settings and also the device that you’re using. If you have doubts about the colour of the fabric, please contact us. You can also order samples of the fabrics you like, which will be a true representation of colour and texture.
Q: Can I wash fabrics?
A: We recommend dry cleaning of the fabrics.
