~ The items purchased on the website are shipped after the agreed payment terms. Payment terms can be discussed through contact us.
~ The orders are shipped within 1 week or more, depending on the type of product, volume of the order, availability of the items at stock, or induced schedule regulations, such as local holidays etc. If preparing the order needs more than 1 week, the customer will be notified by an email, text or a phone call.

~ For international shipments, please allow some additional time for customs clearance in your chosen country. For within India, there is no lead time for custom clearance.
~ As this community means so much to us and we want you to have unique designs for your customised purposes, this makes it not possible for us to re-use or resell any material that you have returned to us. Therefore we cannot accept returns on any products.
~ It is highly unlikely for a mistaken order, however, if there is a fault or a mistake on your order, our team is more than happy to help you resolve it and replace or refund your order accordingly.
