~ The items once purchased on the website are non-returnable and non-refundable.
~ The orders are shipped within 2-7 days or more, depending on the type of product, volume of the order, or induced schedule regulations, such as local holidays etc. If preparing the order needs more than 7 days, the customer will be notified by an email, text or a phone call.
~ If you require an express shipping or want your products delivered to you earlier, you can let us know in prior so we can arrange the best suitable shipping option for you which is not listed on the website.
