Returns
Once an order is placed and metres are cut, it does not make it possible to re-use that product in any way. Hence, after order placement, there is no return of products. Buyers can always order samples or enquire with us before purchasing our Products/Services.
All types of products are exempt from being returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
There is no return of products, hence no refunds applicable.
The applicable refund is not limited to type of product, services, colour, compostion, category and/or quantity.
Returns/Refunds (Volume Purchase)
Any complaints regarding orders placed with Raahaa Fabrics must be reported within the time frame of 7 days from the date of delivery.
All requests for return or refund will be reviewed strictly within this 7-day period and will be subject to evaluation based on multiple parameters. A shipment will be considered eligible for return or refund only after it has been thoroughly inspected and assessed by the Raahaa Fabrics team in accordance with the latest applicable industry standards and quality control checkpoints.
Please note that submitting a complaint within the stipulated timeframe does not guarantee approval of a return or refund. The final decision shall rest solely with Raahaa Fabrics after due examination.
After the completion of 7 days from the date of delivery, the order will fall under a strict No Return / No Refund policy, without exception.
For any customised order (gram weight, dyeing, digital printing, width, etc) – a strict No Return/No Refund policy is applicable without exception.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not replace items once an order is placed.
