We translate every design — hand-sketched, painted, or digitally rendered — onto fabric with meticulous colour fidelity. RaaHaa Fabrics treats each pattern as a bespoke commission, ensuring every hue prints true and every finish carries the depth and vibrancy the original artwork deserves.
Our five stage customised printing workflow:

1. The process begins with fabric selection, followed by a CAD (computer-aided design) mockup for client approval. Additionally, clients can provide a finished design as a TIFF or PSD file, or work with RaaHaa Fabrics’ in-house designers to develop one from scratch.

2. Every design carries its own tone, depth, and colour temperament. Hence, no single calibration fits all. Furthermore, RaaHaa Fabrics presents multiple colour-calibrated options for each print, refining tone, payoff, and hue accuracy until the result matches the client’s vision precisely, ready for final approval.

3. We then pre-treat RFD (ready-for-dyeing) fabric to maximise colour absorption, ensuring a sharp, clear print in the stage that follows.

4. RFD (ready-for-dyeing) fabric is then fed into the printing machine, calibrated for even color absorption and retention.

5. Each fabric is printed with precision, then moved to aftercare — Quality Checks, Folding and Pack — before it’s ready to ship.

RaaHaa Fabrics streamlines the entire journey from RFD fabric selection to finished printed fabric, backed by expert oversight at every stage. Contact RaaHaa Fabrics to start a custom printing project.
